Our team has executed over 85 advisory transactions, across a diverse range of industry sectors from energy and mobility to sustainable healthcare.

Turquoise is a leader in raising private capital for climate technology businesses. We have secured funding for our clients from investors including venture capital, private equity, infrastructure and sovereign wealth funds, corporate & strategic investors, banks and high net worth individuals and family offices.

Turquoise advises companies and their shareholders on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and secondary share sales. We have acted on both buy-side and sell-side mandates for clients including early and growth stage businesses, large corporates and financial institutions.

Investments

Turquoise is fund manager of the Low Carbon Innovation Funds (LCIF), which invests in companies making measurable reductions in Greenhouse Gas Emissions via the development of new technologies and/or business models. The fund is now fully allocated (see Current Portfolio).

Turquoise is now in the process of setting up the Redwheel Turquoise ClimateTech Fund focused on UK late-stage ClimateTech companies.

Turquoise also offers a range of investment related services to investors, such as establishment and/or management of new funds, membership of investment and advisory committees, and advice on individual investments.
